CAMERA FOOTAGE TRANSCRIPT
The screen cuts in immediately. The shot is roughly chest height of Cipactonal team leader Ksenija. She is dressed in the standard MTF uniform. She begins to apply stick-on reflectives to her uniform before meeting with the rest of her squadron. They are all dressed similarly, and each possesses a standard issue rifle and a non-standard issue 'light cannon'. Ksenija begins to relay plans to her team as the mobile base comes to a stop just outside the forest the subject was said to be hunting in. The team files out and Ksenija takes the lead. There is radio chatter in hushed tones. All clears are given for the immediate area and the team ventures deeper. As they progress, darkness grows due to the increasingly thick canopy. Despite the darkness, the team manages to navigate the forest floor with little problem. No wild animals, stray vines, poisonous fauna, or even felled trees. A few of the squad members mention seeing movement in the dark. Having become separated from the rest of the team, the others are unable to confirm sighting. They are about to turn on their lights to see when they go radio silent. The rest of the team move on, assuming the most likely scenario is that the two were killed. Guards are up, and lights are left off due to Ksenija ordering so to avoid notice. There is a long period of walking, some unprofessional conversation about the leader on comms that has been noted by Doctor Taylor and will be dealt with, and a mention of seeing lights in the distance. The team changes course towards the lights and soon find that they have disappeared right before Cipactonal reaches the mouth of a cave. Before the squad can enter, though, the camera cuts out.
REPORT BY CIPACTONAL TEAM LEADER KSENIJA
My squadron is down to four, but we did it. We have mounted all of ou light cannons to the interior of the containment cell. It was just melting out of it otherwise. It sounds angry in there, so we are hurrying back to the site. This report is informal and short due to the circumstances for which it is written. I'm going to sleep.
CONTAINMENT REPORT
Subject has been placed within temporary containment after arriving at SITE ||||||. Upon release from its transport container into the new one, it began to attack the walls. Doctor Taylor activated the first use of the full spectrum lighting and The Subject begins to scream, body partially melting as the light affects it. However, this damage is superficial and the subject soon breaks containment. It is only recontained when Ksenija manages to both calm and corral it back into containment. The docility shown towards the squadron leader has resulted in the subject being deemed Euclid until further notice.
Addendum
Subject has been updated to Keter class and Ksenjita is to be given amnestics of a strength suggested by psychiatrists and the O5 council.
