Pleurothallis vieirae
Grow Tent 1 of 4 - Pleurothallis (Series Amphygiae)
Got my Acronia all set for all souls week. I am sad to add two more family members this year.
Pleurothallis vieirae
Pleurothallis tetrachaeta
Grow tent 4 of 4 - Porroglossum and Pleurothallis (Section Acronia)
Grow tent 3 of 4. Miniatures and Pleurothallis (Section Acronia)
-
I keep all my true miniature plants in here because they all tend to dry out at the same rate, and I can water them on the same schedule. The miniatures are mostly:
Acostaea
Lepanthes
Muscarella
Platystele
Stelis
Trisetella
The larger plants in the bottom are all Pleurothallis in Section Acronia.
Grow Tent #2 of 4. Pleurothallis (Sections Ancipitia and Scopula/Colombiana)
-
In my experience, species in these sections are very adaptable. I grow on the warm side, particularly in summer, and as you can see, almost every plant is in bloom or budding. They bloom all year long. That's why these are two of my favorite sections of Pleurothallis.
