EVERYTHING IS TOO LOUD AND I AM UNLOVABLE (2026)

trying to show how mental health issues having a grip on you and self inflicted wounds affect people you love to the point of seeing you differently, treating you like less, leaving. how many times must i damage myself before i realize it doesnt only damage me? I wanted to visually translate the feeling of overwhelm with self inflicted emotional pain. Trauma responses don’t only hurt me, it manifests into things that hurt the people who love me when unspoken about. Im a dog chasing its tail yet Ive caught it and keep biting and gnawing despite the blood and teeth marks. Bleeding on other people.
