JR Scanlation Correction

When I revisit Volume 10, Romantica Act 16 on the scanlation site, I always get thrown off on page 70 when Usagi says to Misaki: “If I don’t look after you, where will you end up?”, especially since in Season 2, Episode 12 we know that the correct quote is the other way around. So I took the liberty of correcting it myself! 😁

Introducing Ami Mizuno from Sailor Moon Crystal

Ami: Single child, isolated from her father at a young age by parent separation. Aspires to follow in her beautiful mothers footsteps but is lonely and isolated due to her mothers busy career. Her mother is a famous doctor so Ami comes from money. With an IQ of over 300 and prestigious academic standing, she is busy with cram school and studying to become a doctor at a very young age. Misunderstood by her peers as aloof, cold, distant and born into a different world than them, she is said to have no friends. But in reality she is just busy with high school prep work.

Ami Mizuno uses chess and swimming to relieve stress and to relax. She has an affinity and connection to water and can hear it wherever it flows, even at a distance. Again, doesn’t have any friends and didn’t expect to have any, especially a popular girl like Usagi. But Usagi’s dynamic character surprised her regardless of her doubts and her warm cheerful kindness was a blessing in her otherwise busy life. Their friendship became refreshing like the water she loved so much.

She thought she’d be alone and she might be again someday but Usagi and the others helped her face that and even if she is again one day, she will never truly be alone because the love that they shared will never fade away.
