Junjou Romatica Act 42.5 (English)

I am currently working on Volume 21 and there was no Act 42.5 on the scanlation sites. A quick Google search led me to @graymalkyn​’s Tumblr where she posted the raws for Act 42.5 in February 2017. I reached out to a long-time friend in another fandom who did a minor in Japanese to translate it for me. Please forgive me for the shoddy typesetting as it’s my first time. Enjoy!

UPDATE: Version 2 is now available with cleaner scans and a more accurate translation! (x)

For those who wanted this: this is the only thing I can do, so I hope it’s clear enough for you to enjoy it 💗 Mangago lists 42.5 as one of the Junjou Mixes, but this is the end of volume 21 (which contains Usagi and Haruhiko’s chat about the past, Kuma Park, Misaki making cakes for Usagi and Kaoruko, and a Junjou Mix).

(Personal reaction: Misaki’s poignant recognition of Usagi’s childhood dream not coming true, and his wish for Usagi to have fun, and for them to be happy together, made me tear up a bit.)

Junjou Romatica Act 42.5 (English) *Version 2*

I just finished summarizing Volume 23, Junjou Mix 4 (Mizuki and Ijuuin-sensei) so before I start the very long Acts 45 and 46, I’d like to share Version 2 of Volume 21, Act 42.5 with the JR Tumblr community. Typesetting is by me. The scans were kindly provided by @hibon-bl (who I only discovered when I was on Volume 22!). Proofreading is credited to @iitsnemoo​ who really helped improve the translation compared to Version 1. Enjoy!
