ACT I SCENE I AT A GLANCE SUMMARY

PART I: the reunion
Everyone is invited to the townhouse of doom (not yet known) where they begin to work on solving the clues the Faceless set out for them. Some are easy, some are spooky, most are kinda unnerving.
They begin to piece together that someone has been murdered in the house and that they want whoever did it to them dead. LYREBIRD talks to the ghost, and they find out that she was called Annabel Lee, a famous screenwriter.
A fox (npc) causes mayhem and mischief before disappearing.

PART II: the jeweled eye
The conspiracy arrives and a new set of rooms begin. Everything goes to absolute hell and everyone shares glass trauma now. There is a bomb threat in each room but it turns out there was never an actual bomb to begin with. <3
HARRIER and ALBATROSS find a piece of paper delivered to them in the kitchen that details the whole CC gang being split up into three teams, one for each corvid.
People have things to say about the teams and not all of them nice (actually, none of them nice).
Only one team can win. They get to choose which of the three HQ’s they want as their teams. ROOK gets the underground apartments, BLUE JAY receives the warehouse, and MAGPIE is given hotel cecilia. [ official verum map ]
STARLING comes in with 3 jars of hearts she found underneath the floorboards. Everyone is shocked. ALBATROSS comes in with a stab wound and the wifi password the code to unlock computer and they receive their mission. Find who is wearing the last tear of heaven and steal it back.

"now will you get out of the way or shall i call forth a wave of thunder?"

divina finds the wizard's postulations to lean towards the dramatics. he certainly has a flair for turning innocuous moments into something sensational. she does not know how to react to his statement. there are two opposing interpretations of his words. and she cannot choose which one is the true intent.
barrelling towards the assumption that this is a negative remark, she tell him, "you do not like me." such a letdown. she won't admit it but it was not entirely unpleasant to spend time with another spellcaster. "a shame. i tolerated you."
