I'm a bit bored. Do you have any headcannons about //spins wheel// Action Chugger you could give out?
Ooh.. Action Chugger... ok this may be a bit tricky, I may go back and make a more 'finalized' post for this on Art Hub, but here goes:
So I think Action Chugger's origins may be a little something along the lines of "The Adventures Of Nicholas The Super Train"
Except the major difference is that since Action Chugger wears the "full-fledged" plaque all the other older chuggers have throughout the series, it's likely he did spend time as a trainee in Chuggington, before moving away somewhere where he was rebuilt into the flying jet-powered engine we've always known him as to this day
(The Chuggington wiki has not seemed to have settled on an exact basis for Action Chugger but I assume he canonically was electric based on his shape and what the wiki listed)
Other than that, all else I have for Action Chugger at the moment is that his shear new power from being rebuilt into a 'super chugger' caught the attention of the film crew we always see him with, and thus his career as a film star was born
I've mentioned making a Chuggington fanseries in the future once I get my hands on the proper resources to learn 3D modeling and animation, and I'd like to make a few episodes where we actually experience a plot of an Action Chugger movie, probably some dream sequence Brewster or Wilson have or something like that, kinda like those unhinged fatansy sequences in the Big World Big Adventures era of Thomas, except they're actually a full episode or "special" episode like the S4-5 ones, and not completely stupid
I also headcanon Action Chugger's US voice sounding like Pax Baldwin from the UK dub, but American. Looking back, Action Chugger's US voice sounded kinda goofy ngl. I think Dave Berry from Tales From The Rails was a bit better than John Pohlhammer, but I think Pax sounds more ideal for him
As a character though, Action Chugger was... actually established pretty well for what he was, both original and Tales From The Rails continuity, but I may have more to add to him someday
