One of the biggest barriers is finding self compassion. Even when things are tough or maybe you’re wrong. Find the self compassion helps you through taking the opportunity to make things not only right but to bring things to balance. No one is perfect sometimes we feel it isn’t easy. But truly it is. Once we have find that in ourselves we can “flip it” (as my friend would say) and make it better, right then, right now. When we hold on to guilt then we contain ourselves unnecessarily.
