The “Civic Tech” movement

I was reading an article by the Knight Foundation on the emergence of a new technology trend called Civic Tech.  Civic tech has enabled communities and organizations to interact and communicate in new, innovative and exciting new ways.    The “tech” in Civic tech refers much to the new tools that inspire people to take action.   

I love to be involved in a form of civic tech with an organization called Activate Good.
