many creators have received asks, so i am not the only one to turn to, but i, personally, have a /giffing tag with some infos i shared in the past. If you want a more detailed answer, i have a pdf file with infos i made from start to finish, it just needs a little updating. i can somehow get that to you in private if you want :)

basically what you need is a good download source, then a pre-photoshop editor is optional but is good for quality, and some understanding of photoshop's adjustments layers and the order of everything :) there are other ways to create gifs without PS but unfortunately i am not great help with those
