Um. Why is one of the best Russian-spoken-by-a-non-Russian-actor performances hiding out in a show about gay hockey players...? Connor Storrie's actual Russian is better than his Russian-accented English (which I also don't mind). Like Viggo is a great actor, but his Russian was barely understandable. I thought Ralph Fiennes was very good, but he has been deposed. Also, the nihilism/sarcastic melancholy/moody competitiveness feels very organically Russian. Good job.

Mads Mikkelsen appreciation post because oh my god he is so awesome, he’s such a good actor, he’s hot as fuck, and he’s funny. Like he is the perfect man ! His newest movie is Dust Bunny and it’s quite good and I recommend that yall should watch it. And most of his movies if you’ve never seen em, his facial acting is chef’s kiss peak 🤌
