okay so one time i had a really deep swing into depression, and dEAR GOD IT WAS BAD. it got to where i was admitted to a local mental institution for my own safety by my mother, who was scared I'd commit suicide. When i got there i had to take a long ass survey and was interviewed for an hour until i was finally admitted and taken to my room, and put on treatment and such. But something was pretty weird, because I wasn't allowed to have a roommate nor was i supposed to talk to anyone for more than like 4 minutes at a time, and I was asked really super weird questions during therapy that no one else was asked. I even got yelled at for making direct eye contact with a therapist for too long. When I was allowed to sleep at home but come back for the out program (where you have to go back during the day), and i tried to go to school instead , the police were almost called and I had no idea why. A few weeks later, when I was finally discharged and given my report, it turns out I was put onto Homicide watch instead of suicide watch because my surveys and interview notes and reports stated that I was way more of a danger to others than to myself, and I was ruled not fit to be around other people in fear that I would crack and commit some kind of mass murder or something idk, freshman year was pretty weird for me.
