The Doctor followed the man down the hall and entered an office room. He said this is where he would be working and the Doctor nodded, looking around the office at the star charts and pictures of space. He had to admit, it was all rather pretty. The man also said he would be sharing the office with someone and lunch was everyday at twelve, but the Doctor hadn’t been listening anymore, the man, who would be the Doctor’s boss now...or so he thought, left and headed back to his own office.
The Doctor stood there for a moment or two longer, examining the room and the other desk that was full of stuff, next to what would be the Doctor’s empty one. He barely gave the idea of a co-office-sharer a thought as he moved around the room and began to move and touch stuff, he was only wasting time, before the lunch break, where he would be able to go have a look around the whole facility. He sat down in his own desk chair, which just so happened to be dark blue, he liked blue quite a bit. He spun in the chair and it was just as he did this, that the door to the office opened.
“Oh...hello!” He smiled.

Clara had heard stories about the Witch trials growing up, every kid in the kingdom had. Her parents said how the royals thought that magic was something given to people by spirits of great evil and told them to use their powers to terrorize those of good faith, it was why they were all killed, so that their kind could no longer hurt the innocent of the land.
It was why she had been so mortified to learn that she could do some pretty unexplainable things. The wind picking up when she was upset for starters was one of the strange occurrences that happened around her, the soft summer breeze turning into strong gusts that picked up the leaves and shook the trees at moments where she was upset or angry. Clara didn’t understand it, was she evil? Did the Gods pick her to harm others? She was always told that the legends said that magic was passed down through bloodlines while she had no one in her family that could do things like she could, magic had been gone for almost a hundred years, and she shouldn’t have it.
Now at Twenty-four years old Clara had pretty much abandoned the idea of using what she considered to be her curse, hoping that if she ignored it that the power she had would never be an issue. Clara had gone out to the market that day, carrying her basket of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs from the local merchants as the young brunette was making her way towards the city gates. Inspections from the guards there were rare but not unheard of and as she stood in the queue waiting for her turn she couldn’t help but notice the scene in front of her, of the guards harassing another woman her age.
She was always told to ignore scenes like that, it wasn’t her place to interfere in the affairs of the King’s men despite how much she may detest them but somehow she found herself walking over to them with her hands balled into fists at her side.
When she confronted them it didn’t take long for their attentions to turn to her instead of the other young lady, pinning Clara up against the wall as one of the guards put a hand on her arse. Suddenly it was like something inside her roared to life, like some kind of spark of energy when she moved to push the tall man with her hands but instead the raging winds like that of a storm hit the muscular guard and sent him hurdling away from her and flew twenty feet away as the gale force currents she had created tossed him with ease.
They were on top of her within moments, gagging her and tying her hands behind her back as she was carried off. The last thing Clara heard before being dragged into the castle was shouts about getting rid of the last Witch, the brunette was sickened to know they were speaking about her.
Death By Chocolate and White Raspberry Truffle for the ice cream meme thingy for Missy! -@actuallybasil/@floofydoctor
Death by Chocolate: an indulgence/guilty pleasure headcanon
Drinking coffee usually gets her all twitchy and weird (well, weirder than usual) but damn, mochas are delicious and always, always worth it.
White Raspberry Truffle: a weakness headcanon
Missy is extremely ticklish around her ribs and stomach. But she doesn’t actually know that yet...
