hello
SHUT UP I CANT BELIEVE THIS EXISTS
OF COURSE IT DOES THEY'RE THE BEST SHIP EVER
like, it's ao obvious. it's so so obvious.
To whomsoever it may concern.
It’s none of your concern, actually.
Are you okay? How are you?
I get it, it’s a form of manners, and I know some people really do care. But I believe many are not prepared to hear the negative side of the answer to the questions.
I get these questions sometimes and when I’m actually not okay, I hesitate whether to say the truth. Because I do not think that the person expected a “no”, or even if they do, I feel like they may not be willing/prepared to hear all my negative thoughts and emotions and why I’m not feeling okay. You get what I mean?
So what I always do, is to give a “I’m fine” in a very brushed off manner, hoping for them to see the truth in my eyes. If they do ask about it, I would say. Sadly, no one ever notices. Or maybe they just chose to keep quiet.
Note to self: before asking someone if they are okay, make sure you are prepared/willing to hear the bad part of the story.
