Agent: We are. I thought bringing it up might make make him feel better though. It wasn’t a slight against you.
Tea-nt: .. why do you want to know about that? It’s not a very.. nice story.
Agent: You don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to, you know. He can’t make you talk about it.
Tea-nt: Eh.. it’s fine. I don’t.. really care about it, besides it’s not the first time I’ve talked about it. Agency questioned me for hours about it.. among other things.
Tea-nt: Well.. it happened after a.. particularly bad failure on my part. I was desperate, my.. ‘boss’ was not very happy with me and had given me one last chance to do what they asked. After plan A fell through.. I picked up one of my own bombs, and threatened to blow me and the person I was fighting up. I guess during my negotiation after that I was deemed.. unnecessary. And a bullet hit my bomb. .. I’m sure you can guess what happened next.
Agent: … oh.
Tea-nt: Huh? What does “oh” mean??
