"Adam, you're bleeding!" -Becca & Adam
"It's nothing really, don't panic." he was stood over his sing with some wet cloth, dabbing at the blood dripping from his nose, a small cut to the side of his cheek and above his brow. "That guy? I told you I'd handle it, and I did. He looks a lot worse than I do, trust me on that." he mumbled, hissing as he dabbed one of the more open wounds.
He meant it when he'd said it before so that night he'd text a friend, got her to find him an address and made it his mission to know his movements, the ins an outs of his every day life, planned when would be best to get him only what was meant to be one on one was more like two against one since he'd caught the guy with his friend. Either way, it was done and he would rather have a few cuts and bruises than every let Becca be in that situation again, saying no and being ignored. He wouldn't let anyone touch her and it should have been so obvious to him right then that this was far more than casual to him. He cared about her, more than he could put in to words, but he could show it.
"I promised I'd sort it baby, and he won't bother you again, okay?" he turned, giving a softer smile and dropping the cloth in to the sink. "It was worth it. You are worth it, mine to protect."
