1. all time favorite christmas movie? maybe home alone because i never get sick of it and it’s funny every time. i can’t even think of another christmas movie that i like that much aside from polar express (but the animation style scared me as a kid)

8. what’s your favorite seasonal candy/snack you like to pick up at the store? REESES TREES!!!! also the christmas flavored poptarts are always so good. this year’s flavor is hot cocoa and it’s amazing.

10. favorite holiday dessert? i’m a big fan of cookies but i also love chocolate and apple pie.

11. favorite christmas cookie? peanut butter blossoms!!!

12. what’s your holiday main course? this year we’re having turkey and ham since my mom got them for free through grocery store reward points. (basically my mom got a free turkey after we already bought a turkey for thanksgiving so now we’re having one for Christmas! she also got a free ham so we figured we could do both and have it for christmas eve). usually we have filet mignon but it’s like $200 so… that was a no this year! my grandma used to make prime rib.

15. who are you celebrating with this year? just my parents and my sister i think! (i always wished we had a big family dinner tbh)

25. what’s your favorite ornament? it’s literally so hard to choose and i unfortunately don’t have a photo but we put little fake birds on our tree and i love them!

30. what designs and colors do you gravitate towards for wrapping paper? PINK AND GREEN! i keep joking to my mom that when i get my own place i want an all pink tree with pink and green and light blue wrapping paper because i love pink christmas decorations it’s so fun. design wise i don’t have much of a preference but i’m VERY picky. i don’t like when wrapping paper has words on it.

33. have you ever made a gingerbread house? how did it go? i made a gingerbread house at school when i was in 1st grade and it went pretty well thanks to the fact we used glue… i was really sad i couldn’t eat the gingerbread house after :( I get tempted to do one again but i know i don’t have patience but!! there’s so many cute kits out there!

41. have you ever been to a tree lighting? so here’s the thing: i’m not sure. i think i have but i don’t remember it much and it’s one of those memories that are so hazy i’m not sure if it was a dream or not.

her kindness and her strength - and the fact that gaining the former doesn't mean giving up the latter!!!!

oh gosh, i'd probably put her in a nice romcom or family dramedy! like a nora ephron movie or something.

i think i have so much in common with pam it's hard to pick one thing! like pam, i really do hate the idea that someone out there might hate me. i think if they got to know me they wouldn't hate me! also pam and i work really similar jobs, and it's not necessarily what we LOVE to do but we like it enough to get by while dreaming bigger dreams. pam and i both also prefer smaller cities to big ones.

you know, i feel like pam would get really into the "coastal grandma" trend

willow rosenberg is a bit like pam, especially earlier seasons. they're both quiet, mousy, often overlooked girls who find inner strength later.
