#latergram from this morning 215lbs squat. Missed the 2nd attempt on this 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ but got it back on the 3rd. Wasn't expecting this to be a grinder but technique was a little off. Would have loved to get the 220lbs in there so next time. Overall had a blast and just glad I was able to compete well and felt physically well before and after. This training cycle was definitely a roller coaster which I'll expand on more on later post. Here we go! Yep still competing today and even made weight at exactly 63kg. I did a small cut for 2 weeks at 1500kcals and a little bit of a water cut which I probably didn't need but I did because I was factoring in my cycle might start which it did today 🙄🙄🙄🙄. So that actually worked in my favor this morning although it seemed a little sketchy waking up at 139.2 this morning. So hot bubble bath it at 5am. this morning. Now stuffing my face and just wanted to rat out that Collin ate one of my peanut butter jelly sandwiches and @coachlukeepropst called me a jerk for offering him sandwich 🤣🤣🤣🤣. #keepingitsexy , not really with my #squatface 😝😝😝 which looks exactly like the this emoji 🙊. Deloading and also on day 2 of yet another increase to the keppra. Surprisingly I feel good, better than the last two weeks with the first 250mg increase. Feeling energized , focused, less bloated, my weight isn't fluctuating like a heart attack. But I also warned @coachlukeepropst I'm pretty sure I'll be a full blown sociopath by the time I get on the platform. 🤣🤣🤣. Deloading to here is my cheap thrill at 165lbs. Moved the camera in front on my last set because if I was going to have issues with my left arm it is normally there and sure enough started getting the sharp shooting pain all the way through that left lat and you can see where I compensated and my arms a little uneven. So settled for 3 x 3 at 165lbs and now on a date with my foam roller. Other than that weights feel good.
