Happy Monday ......check me out I finally squatted with big girl plates 225lbs 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ 2 x 1. I did the first one without a spotter and was a little insecure about it, definitely felt it roll forward a little bit and didn’t like the depth. But now that I’m looking at it it wasn’t that bad. Second one was definitely better though. Also none of these are real until I do them in front of @lukepropst_pst 😂😂😂. To complete my lab testing on myself, next week I’m actually taking an old program and pretending I’m 8 weeks out just to see how my body adapts to it.
