30 Days of Adar by @adarswidow
Day 28: romantic headcanon about Adar.
Adar is pan. His very first lover was Mairon, who deceived, tortured and mistreated him. After years of pain and suffering, he arrived to Angband where he met Ghash, another moriondor. They became close friends as she helped him with his children and to accept himself as an uruk.
With time the relationship evolved and Adar fell for her as she fell for him. Since then their bond was strong and indissoluble, their love was built with respect and loyalty.
Adar is protective and kind, and treats Ghash as an equal. He loves to have her around and consult her everything, as he trusts her blindly. 🖤
🖤 Day 17: How is Adar as a lover/ NSFW head canon 🖤
🔥 Now we’re talking! 🔥
This is something I explore a lot in my fanfics. As Adar is a character with so much love in his heart, I believe he would deeply value a romantic partner — but also doesn’t think himself worthy of love, so he doesn’t actively seek it out.
💔 When he does find love, he’s often unsure or surprised. He may believe it isn’t real, or that it’s only superficial. 🌙 I’ve even written him as demi-sexual, which fits my headcanon beautifully – he craves genuine connection and doesn’t always find fulfilment in a purely physical encounter.
And naturally… 😏 I write him (and imagine him) as a very capable lover – generous and selfless in his love. His partner’s pleasure is of the greatest importance to him and he always does whatever’s necessary to make sure they come first 😉(pun intended!)
Thank you @nekroticism for the stunning artwork—there’s a lot more 🌶️🌶️🌶️stuff too in our Adash community 😉
