I might get shit for saying this but some of the fixation that people still retain on Makarios is...I don’t know...not totally healthy, for lack of a better term? For instance my grandmother had a framed picture of Makarios hung up in her house surrounded by crosses and such. Maybe it was just her being weird and other people aren’t like that but I always got a weird vibe surrounding that whole thing.

I'm on a budget so I need to make a basic list of meals/food I can eat. If there's something you would suggest-a food or meal please do-reblog or just comment :)

Breakfast

oatmeal- (brown sugar/cinnamon, banana, other fruits? flavors?)

scrambled eggs

eggs with veggies

toast w/ peanut butter

english muffins? -if on sale

bagels? -if on sale

any ideas of "portable" breakfasts that are cheap?

pre made smoothies-I need a blender first lol

does anyone have a good recipe of beans/rice/veggies?? I want to try this kind of meal so I don't have to buy any more meat but I have NO idea where to start
