Jinx has so much trust in Roy. Like he makes her feel safe, he makes her happy, he grounds her when she feels like she’s losing herself, he feels like home to her. Jinx loves this boy so much. He’s seen her at her worst and doesn’t judge her, he still cares for her. He still treats her like a person, not like some personification of bad luck and will.

Roy loves Jinx flaws and all and Jinx loves Roy and all his flaws. They do their best for each other and don’t judge.  These two nerds are platonic and romantic with each other and they just work. They don’t do anything to hurt the other, they soothe the other when they see their down. They even just cuddle, no matter what. 

I have so many feels for them it hurts.

It’s not OFTEN that Dick Grayson doles out COMPLIMENTS, and CERTAINLY not on an individual basis. He’s not QUITE a hard ass when it comes to playing LEAD for the TITANS, but he’s HARDLY a soft touch kind of guy. If nothing else, he expects them to do their jobs and do them well. 

Which, generally means, that if they ALL come back alive, he feels as though they’ve done what they were expected to do. 

BUT . . . 

After today’s very NEARLY bungled mission and Roy’s EXEMPLARY work in keeping everything together from his vantage point, Dick is moved to stop him no sooner than they’ve returned to the tower. 

       “Without you, that op would have          gone a WHOLE different way.”

           It’s not that she ENJOYS stealing. at least not entirely. It’s just that this time it happens to be a necessary evil. Olivia simply waits for the owner to get distracted, picks up the potted hibiscus plant, and walks off as though she belongs, as though she’s done nothing wrong. Already she knows that confidence and direction is a large part of what makes this whole thing work and she knows how to put it in action. This isn’t the first time she’s stolen. She highly doubts it’ll be the last.

        But she’d be DAMNED if old mr. Jones goes without planting another hibiscus plant for his late husband just because the dementia was starting to get to him. It’d devastate him.

        Olivia doesn’t notice that someone’s spotted her until it’s too late. At which point she simply picks up her speed. She’s far enough from the shop that it shouldn’t be suspicious to anyone but him. And she can already tell he knows something.

"What are you doing?” Jason sighs and drops himself into the chair beside Roy. It’s nearly five in the morning and all the Outlaws should be asleep. Kori is dead to the world, and Jason was too, until he’d woken up from a nightmare and left the warmth of his bed to find a glass of water. By the looks of it, however, Roy had never gone to bed. He’s got machine parts spread all across the table, through the room, and Jason has to fish a screw out from under his ass.

“Harper, you need to actually take care of yourself. Sooner rather than later. Finish up screwing in that bolt or connecting your wire or whatever the fuck you’re doing and then go to bed.” He scrubs a hand over his eyes. “We gotta be up at a decent time tomorrow, I don’t wanna deal with your whinging over how you didn’t get enough sleep.”
