Me: I think the clock is wrong.

Addie: it's not working the hands are still

Me: I mean the hour and minute hand move slowly..

Addie: The hour hand is behind the minute hand, that's the tick-tocker and it's not moving.

Me: .....The tick-tocker? ..you mean the second hand?

Addie: what

Addie: get that paper away from my face.

Me: what's wrong

Addie: I'm afraid of paper cuts. seriously stop.

So Addie was supposed to speak at church in front of everyone one evening. I picked her up from school to take her and she's wearing an old T shirt and sweats.

Me: Do you wanna change clothes before church?

Addie: No. YOLO. Swag.

Addie: Mmmm I can't believe I didn't use to like this Potato soup.

Molly: you didn't like it?
