Ok I’m genuinely confused.
Why is “core” being put on everything?
Cortage core to me seems like a cross of hippy and country.
Light academia/dark academia core looks like English stuffy clothing in either light colors or dark colors. Like a older version of school preppy.
Pastel core. Why add core? It’s just pastel.
Like I can go on. Add any sort of identifier and add core.
Why? Why the word “core”? Isn’t fandom or aesthetic enough? I’m genuinely confused and before anyone on here gets stupid— no I’m not a boomer or a Karen. I’m just a 27 year old who doesn’t pay attention to the “next big trend” every 30 seconds.
