I don't know if that's much, but you write very well! Your stories are really immersive, like you describe things so well, we feel we are living the story with the characters at times ! In your fic desperation deluge, my heart was racing, when Kaede was trying to see Shuichi again and she was failing every time ahh... You are definitely recognized as a writer by me and other people too!

I do pride myself on my immersive writing, it’s one of those things that I try my best on every time I write. if you can’t feel yourself actually being present for whatever’s happening, then I feel like I’m not writing it well enough, haha. regarding ndrv3 fics, is there any tropes or themes that you particularly like? (for example, virtual reality ending, Hope's peak AU, Kaede lives AU, Rantaro being brought back from the dead, non-killing game AU, pregame, certain dynamics being explored, certain character interpretations, and so on) anything that you dislike? anything that you'd like to see more! and do you have fics or authors that you like, and what are their fics about?

specifically regarding v3 fics...

well, tropes I like would be everyone lives/no one dies (so any version of “x lives” would fit under this), non-killing game AUs (so that the v3 characters can exist simultaneously with the other game casts), and then of course my standard domestic life AU nonsense. this isn’t to say I don’t like tropes that rely on them being in the canon universe, but we’re talking ones I prefer, haha. also, anything that involves character exploration with Kaede, Shuichi, Maki, and/or Kaito is definitely something I dig.

I don’t like pregame tropes as popularized by the fandom, but pregame itself is a unique idea. i also don’t care for fix-it AUs that turn K/okichi into the savior of the whole game, mostly because I cannot tolerate him as a character. 

I mean, I want to see more domestic life of all my favorite characters, that’s always going to be my answer, haha.

as for recs, I really only read things written by my close friends, and they write all sorts of different topics and concepts. you can always meet them in our writing discord if you’d like to know them (or you can check my AO3 and see who I’ve written long fics for)

today is a good day to ask you the important questions, such as: which version of Maki's nickname do you prefer, Maki Roll or Harumaki? (this isn't serious obviously *laughs*)

I am not of the part of the fandom that refers to Maki by her last name, nor am I of the part that sticks to the Japanese references, so I’m definitely team Maki Roll in my day-to-day usage
