AU explanation:
— Adeline Wright is Katherine and Tim’s mother, she was very strict, both with Katherine and Tim. She was divorced to their father David Wright but kept the last name. She had Katherine when she was 36 and with Tim was 39 and was pretty old school. She goes to church every Sunday, was a harsh catholic and was the type of woman to use God as an excuse to hit her children. Used to lock Tim up in a room she had specially reserved for his psychotic breaks, leaving him alone hours or even days, only leaving food through a dog door. She has a very bad relationship with both of her children, for Katherine because of what she did to her baby brother and of her strictness, for Tim because all the times he was left alone in the room, the time she hit him and when she left him in a psychiatric when he was eleven. — Katherine Wright was Tim older sister, she was 3 when he was born. They were very close growing up until Tim started having seizures, psychotic breaks and going to doctors. She always cared for her baby brother and used to sit next to the door where Tim was locked up talking to him. After Tim was left in the psychiatric she never heard from him again. When she was 18, she started looking for him, but due to the Operator’s effect was unable to find him. When she was 23, she met Brianne Harmony, a girl studying to be a police woman, she thought that if she got with her she could use her to her advantage in her investigation but then fell in love with her and married her. They now live in Canada in her mom’s house after she left for Mexico. Because of her inability to find her brother she depressed, taking pills and smoking to help, both her and her brother got the smoking habit from their mother. (Born 1981)
— Brianne Harmony was a police student when she met Katherine in a party, she was 25 and they got along very well. She didn’t know or suspect Katherine’s reasons for them to date, but in an argument Katherine told her everything. They distanced themselves from the other for a while before realizing they both had feelings for each other so they got back. Two years later they got married. That same year she officially became a police officer. (Born 1979)
— Tobias Rogers was born with a lot of problems, inability to feel pain, Tourette’s, schizophrenia and a lot more. When he was 17 he got in a car accident with her sister, Lyra, which died that moment. After that it was just his mother, Connie, and his dad, Frank, who drank a lot. At 19, in a night of panic he killed his dad with the two hatches that Frank owned. He burned down the entire neighborhood in hopes of escaping the police. He spent two years living in an abandoned house near a forest, stealing to survive. In his 22nd birthday he met the Operator, and in a moment of weakness accepted what it offered him. He went to live with the other proxies in the SlenderMansion in a forest nearby Rosswood (not Rosswood itself). There he met Eyeless Jack, they became friends and a year later got together. They got in a big fight one day, which resulted in Toby asking Jack for some time away, after he accepted it Toby went to live with Brian and Tim in their house in Rosswood forest. He looks up at Tim like a father, but has a rocky relationship with Brian, often fighting. (Born 1993)
— Timothy Wright was born as an accident, his mom thought she was very old to get pregnant and Tim proved her wrong. He had seizures and schizophrenia— to this day he doesn’t know if it was just the Operator or he truly had schizophrenia, and DID— but wasn’t discovered until university. His mom never quieted her thoughts on people like him, mentally ill, always degrading him and hitting him. He was often locked in a room when he had seizures or a psychotic break, the only comfort he had was his sister, which always was there for him. They had a very good relationship and used to play dolls together every afternoon, but as time passed and Tim started seeing the Operator, he became shyer and quieter until he was most of the time in his room, under the blanket and afraid. When he was eleven, he got left in a psychiatric ward, he thought at first it was like every time they went to the doctor, some hours there doing check ups, his mother doing errands while it, but when a day passed and his mom never came the nurses had to tell him she left him there permanently. He had hope for the first few months, always asking the nurses when his mom would come back or if he could see his sister, none happened. He was combative, relentless and a troublemaker, he escaped a few times, but always found in the forest near the ward. The nurses had to sedate him a lot of time and lock him up like his mom did. He was alone until he was released at 18. Then, he got into the state university with monetary help from the state. There he met Brian, one of the only people that talked to him. They became very good friends and in their sophomore year they became roommates. They spent a lot of time together and eventually opened up to Brian about his past. Nonetheless, Brian stayed his friend and in senior year they started dating. When Brian auditioned for a friend’s movie, he did too in hopes to meet new friends. Then everything went downhill (basically MH event but Jay and Brian survived). During the events, Tim developed an alter as a traumatic response (I think DID is that, correct me if I’m wrong)— Masky. After what happened, Tim became overly attached to Brian, as he had no idea of where his other friend Jay was— he knew he had killed Alex, but he had never been his friend. Over the time, Tim started forgetting who Jay was. After some months, they fell in love again and got married, moving into a house in Rosswood— courtesy of the Operator after they became its proxies— unwilling. During FM, they had been married for 8 years, but as time passed, their marriage got rockier until it was left like their marriage in FM, around year 5 it started. When Toby came to their house in hopes of staying there, Tim immediately accepted because of the fatherly love he had towards him, one he knew he would never experience with his own blood. Maybe it was his eagerness that made Brian despise Toby. (Born 1984)
— Brian Thomas lived a normal live, going into state university where he could study psychology. He was friends with Alex from high school and met Tim at the start of freshman year, everyone alerted him to not get near him but he did anyways. Brian started catching feelings for Tim when they became roommates and tried to get him to notice until senior year where he asked him out. During MH and his becoming as Hoody, he distanced himself from everyone of the cast, including his boyfriend. Here, he got away in the college building instead of falling. Tim discovered his identity when he found Brian in the abandoned hospital, unconscious and the mask next to him. When everything ended, him and Tim didn’t talk as much, it took some time to get that spark of love again, but they only had each other so it worked at the end. When they got married, they were as happy as they could be with their situation. But as time passed, the Operator started to get to Brian, making him believe he was the only good proxy and had a debt with it. This led to him stealing Tim’s medicine again to try and bring Masky out, but Masky had been dormant for a long time and it only made Tim have seizures. Since then, their marriage became what it is now. Sometimes they would be a good terms and spend some time as a happy couple or sometimes— almost every day, they would fight. One of their biggest fights were when Tim let Toby live in their house without his opinion and when Brian tried to burn a photo of Tim and Katherine. (Born 1984)
(Note: Hoody isn’t an alter, Brian is just Brian being Hoody. While Tim does have Masky as an alter, he doesn’t remember what happens when he is Masky but he can use the mask whenever he wants to go out without needing Masky to come out, idk if I explain myself T-T)
