listen. i am not healthy. my daily dietary intake consists of cinnamon apple muffins, cinnamon apple cereal, cinnamon honey buns, and microwaveable chicken nuggets, with the occasional banana. i sit at a desk for 10+ hours a day and then i shower like 3 times and then i sleep for the remaining 12 hours. i am small and inactive and Not Healthy At All.

but does any of this stop me from acting on my stupidly impulsive, random motivations to run the three-mile lap around my neighborhood Very Fast at like, dusk? absolutely the hell not.
