remember how jack said he doesn't procrastinate on homework? how about inattentive-type ADHD jack who doesn't procrastinate because he adheres to a strict schedule, managing his time and forcing himself to do his schoolwork for a certain prescribed time each day (because otherwise he would literally never do it ever) (aka me projecting how my adhd ass got through school)

ADHD!Jack who didn’t really get into routines until he was in rehab, which had the strictest routines he’s ever had to abide to in his adult life. But it Worked™ for him! So he tries to keep to strict routines in college too in part because he likes the familiarity of it, but mostly because if he DOESN’t have a routine, he will screw himself over with procrastination.

adhd!jack whose brain moves faster than his mouth and stutters when he's angry or excited and has to stop himself and take a deep breath before he can speak again; adhd!jack who needs to always be moving, whether it's pacing/jogging around the haus to nervous finger tapping or shaking his leg; adhd!jack who can't read a lot of text at once and has to study with someone who can give him just the information he needs

ADHD!Jack who stutters is my jam!!! Sometimes the thoughts comes so quickly to Jack that there’s no way his voice can keep up.
ADHD!Jack who always has something interesting to say in class if you have enough patience to let him stumble through his words for a sentence or two before making his amazing brilliant observation.
ADHD!Jack who used to be a pen clicker until Lardo told him NO, not if he wants to study with her. So he jiggles his leg a lot and sometimes sways back in forth in his chair. Lardo is cool with that. She shares her Study Music with him and it’s all instrumental stuff with a good beat to it so he has something to move to.
ADHD!Jack who sits next to Bitty and glances at his notes during class to see what he missed when his brain went on a tangent and spaced out for a bit.
