And Janus just starts going off on a tangent about Max Stirner

And Logan just joins in

and it just turns into them knowing what eachother is saying and the others not.

And Remus joins in because Janus infodumps to him a lot.

Janus: I know - and then he did that!

Remus: I can’t believe you forgot about this.

Could I get some headcannons for adhd sides when you have time? ~ ✨

Absolutely! I love the ADHD sides!

Virgil lives in a neverending form of brain fog. Someone help him, he can’t remember anything even if you paid him to. He probably won’t remember what he ate that morning.

Roman will cry if someone doesn’t like him. He can’t handle his RSD and it kills him when people don’t love him.

Remus stims almost as much as he breathes. Cooking? Stim. Sleeping? Stim. Reading? Stim. Playing video games? Stim. The boy doesn’t stop stimming.

Patton has the most specific samefoods and he doesn’t get outwardly disappointed when they don’t have them once a week like they usually do, he just sulks a little bit because he knows the other sides don’t like the things he eats.

Logan likes to cook and cooking is one of his hyperfixations. He’s very good at it and the others love his cooking so he’s usually the one cooking dinner or the one people turn to to make soup when they’re sick.

Janus has trouble focussing so hearing things is quite difficult for him, since he has an auditory processing delay most times if he’s not fully engaged in the conversation. Usually, this means waiting a minute after he says ‘what?’ the first time to let his brain catch up to the conversation. But if he says ‘what?’ again, the other sides will repeat themselves.

Question! What stims/stim toys do you think each side would have?

Virgil already seems to have some stims in canon (like biting his nails and moving around more than normal). But, I could definitely see Virgil having a biting stim. The boy chews everything and anything. His sleeves on his old hoodie got worn down so much he can’t wear it anymore becuase he kept biting the sleeves and he routinely breaks his chewers and needs new ones.

Roman moves so much already I think he’d rock and pace and jump to stim, thus why he’s always in the Imagination, he can run and jump and move all he wants and nobody can tell him no.

Remus I think would like touch stims. He loves his frills because he can touch them and they feel nice. He especially likes glittery fabrics because they feel rougher and he likes rough fabrics.

Patton, I feel like he would like scent stimming for some reason. He loves the smell of cookies. He has a thousand plushies with scent in them and he has one on his keychain for when he leaves the house.

Logan I can see liking visual stimming. I can see him liking foil paintings. If Remus was to convince anyone to set something on fire with him, it’d be Lgan because he likes seeing the fire and the way it behaves.

Janus. Verbal stimming (aka echolalia) hands down. This snek will get a word stuck and he’ll fixate on it, usually if it has a ‘ss’ sound, and he will say the word over and over and over until he finds a new one. He would probably also randomly scream to test his voice because loud is happy for him (usually Remus answers with a scream of his own).

Janus: Oh, that’s the ADHD and my 5 second attention span.

Virgil: You had an anxiety attack and a meltdown at the same time. Do you feel okay, Janus?

Janus: I need more coffee and I need food.

Logan: Is he okay?

Remus: Don’t worry, he’ll crash soon. Or regress. One of the two.

Can I get some ADHD headcannons for the sides? I have ADHD/ADD and would like to see more headcannons about it please

Logan has echolalia up the woodworks and he has maybe the most chaotic room imaginable but somehow knows where everything is in it.

Janus gets bored of being bored and creates a paradox almost daily where he just lays down on the floor and screams for about an hour having an existential crisis.

Remus runs around almost all day. He’s too energetic and nobody can keep up with him, mostly because they don’t want to.

Roman gets brain fog at least one hour every day and he hates it.

Patton can remember a recipe easy but ask him what he ate that morning and he will take an hour to tell you a wrong answer.

Virgil isolated himself during the teenage years because he sensitive physical touch and he doesn’t want people to think he hates them because he can’t stand being touched sometimes.
