ADIEL | CHARACTER CARD # 1

In the Country of Judgment - Arbitro. Invited by one of the princes I had awakened, I had come to visit Arbitro. As I walked the beautiful cobblestone streets, I admired the architecture and statues that lined them. Upon arriving at the meeting place, I glanced up at the magnificent church with a huge bell tower. ADIEL : Ah, finally, my savior, you've arrived! A bright and energetic voice caught my attention, I hurriedly turned on heels to see him standing there with a big smile.

ADIEL : Thank you so much for freeing me from that ring! I didn't call you here for anything important. I just wanted to thank you personally for everything you did. Bet you had a long journey getting here, huh? With all the passion in the world, the young man rushed toward me, wings shaking violently with each step, he grasped at my hands and squeezed them tightly in his own. Those deep emeralds shimmering with gratitude and sincerity. EMMA : It was a long trip, but you don't have to worry, I feel fine. ADIEL : That's great news! I'm Adiel. What's your name? When I woke up from that ring I was in such a hurry that I couldn't really introduce myself properly… Adiel's excited expression twisted into an apologetic one. EMMA : My name's Emma. ADIEL : Nice to meetcha, Emma! EMMA : Nice to meet you too. ADIEL : I've been thinking a lot about how you saved my life. I just have to return the favor!! His eyes hardened and became serious all of a sudden. The way he stared at me with such passion and intensity caused my skin to ignite bright red. Any anxiety I had about meeting him had vanished. He was a kindhearted, honest person. I had nothing to worry about. ADIEL : So, as a treat for saving my life, I'll take you anywhere you wanna go! EMMA : Well, I don't really know much about Arbitro yet… ADIEL : Ah, that's right! This is only your first time in Arbitro. Sorry about that. Well, I saw you staring up at the bell tower a few minutes ago. Maybe you wanna go inside the church and check it out? EMMA : Sure. That sounds like a lot of fun. ADIEL : Then it's decided! My friend Lecien loves the sound of the bells too! Let's go! EMMA : Lecien? ADIEL : Yeah, he's my best friend in the whole wide world! He's such an awesome guy! He's gentle and kind, but also super strong! I could tell by the tone of his voice that he respected Lecien a great deal.
