It’s one of my Best Friends birthdays today ( it’s 01:18am GMT OUR TIME ). She’s finally joining the big club 23! I’ve known her now for three years: back when I first made my Sherlock blog and honestly, she brightens up my days so so much! I would honestly be lost without her. I also can’t wait to see her beautiful face in person so I can spoil her rotten to make up for not seeing her until after today! @adler-thewoman I love you Sophie and just know that you have brightened up so many of my darkest days by simply being there on skype and our chatzy. Happy Birthday!

     god, she was so out of his league. how did he even manage this? he had fumbled his way through first dates only to be ignored after. his words always failed him, but she didn't seem to mind. she laughed at his jokes, smiled like he was doing something right, kissed him like this. he didn't know how he got this lucky. he wondered if this was what it was like when his parents met. he lingers on her lips for too long, his lungs screaming for air, but he didn't mind. he moves down, kissing her neck, catching his breath before pressing his lips to hers. eagerness makes up for inexperience. when he pulls away again, he's gripping her waist tight, holding her close.
