Once again, I have been gone for far too long...
After a 3+ week ordeal with a finicky computer battery and a missing charger, I am finally able to resume requests. Ideally, my goal is to complete all of them by this weekend, but I’ll definitely post them earlier if I finish beforehand.
In the meantime, thank you for your patience. I wish I could be half as consistent with posting as I’d like, but I’m grateful that all of you have stuck around.

Hmm... That's a bit of a loaded question (not on you though! You did not indeed load the question, it was I, but alas, it is loaded nonetheless). Anyway! Uhhh, well, short answer: Yes, but not very consistently?
Long Answer: Hello... I sincerely apologize for being gone for so long. Although I have a million excuses (a pandemic I was deemed "essential" for, finishing a bachelor's degree, and buying a whole entire house (yes, a real one, with my and my partner's own money--not a single cent from our parents)), I feel as though I still owe an apology, especially to those who requested before I went AWOL. Sorry! Your requested letters should be up now!
Now, will I continue to accept requests? Am I back? Can I be depended on to deliver personalized letters consistently? Welllll, yes, maybe, and probably not. Do feel free to request whenever you'd like (keep in mind that my available fandoms have shrunk considerably to alleviate the stress of writing for things I have fallen out of), but please don't hold your breath, you know? I have no idea when I might respond, but hopefully, it won't be too bad? I dunno, we'll see!
But yeah. Hello again to any of you still with me, and thank you so so much for sticking around!

An explanation, because you all deserve one
I honestly thought I’d have more time over the summer to write and be actually active here, but a few unforeseen things have made things difficult in that regard.
The biggest factor here is my current job. I’m currently working an on-site job that usually entails about 12 hours of work a day, so my free time in general has been cut drastically with the exception of the occasional day off.
Secondly, the housing I’ve been assigned to is without WiFi, so that narrows down my options even further.
Lastly, and this is something that I should’ve realized would be the case, there’s a bit of a community element to on-site living, making it hard to find time where people don’t want to hang out, assuming you can find time alone at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m certainly grateful to have the job in the first place, especially since it gives me the chance to see friends I haven’t seen in a long time. I just wish I could be able to be more active. You guys have honestly been waiting far too long for your requests, but I just haven’t been able to find the time, and it’s honestly really painful.
Anyways, I just wanted to drop in and tell you what’s going on. I’m gonna keep trying to work something out schedule-wise, but you honestly have no idea how grateful I am for your patience
Ask box closure
I know I said I would be trying not to do this anymore, but the ask box will be closed while I work on answering the requests currently received - there are 27 of them between the draft folder and the inbox. I will try to answer them as quickly as I can but it will likely be a good month or so before they are all out. I apologize for the wait for them - I will do my best to make the answers worthy of the wait!
