Would you maybe like for me to do free personalized letters (to everyone who follows me and wants it) written by me from the pov of whichever character you want? (from my character masterlist ofc)

Sooo, I just applied to be a writer for Emerald Letters! I'm pretty stoked, I'm hoping that if they accept my application, I'll be able to write for some more niche fandoms. I think the concept of it is really really cool, and ngl, I did request a letter from my f/o. I'm interested to see how it turns out, or if it does tbh, I took a peak at the writers list in the Discord. Regardless if they're able to write a letter or not for me is besides the point, truthfully I've gotten a little distracted and off topic

If you're not familiar with Emerald Letters, they're a group of people who write letters just for you from your favorite characters! You fill out a handy dandy Google form, to help them personalize it to you. You select your pronouns (or fill in your own if your pronouns aren't listed in the multiple choice), you fill in your name, your relationship with this character, some things about you that you'd want this character to know, and if you're okay with the team sharing your letter to TikTok with any identifying info taken out

My blog is going to turn two in a few weeks!! I can't believe I've been on here for two years already, time really does fly too fast…

In order to thank you all for all your love and support during these two crazy years, I am organizing an event! It's a little in advance considering the date I created my blog, but the rest of summer is going to be too crazy at work for me to handle an event then. So I'm celebrating a little bit early, but I'm sure you'll forgive me ;)

As you know, I have asked you to vote to decide what this celebration would be about, as I wanted to make you all as happy as possible!! Rules of democracy have spoken, and the event that earned the most votes is…

Letters and notes!!!

 What is this all about, Carole?!

For this event, I will write for you a personalized letter/note coming from the character of your choice. The idea is to write something personal for you, and I will write it as if it were the character you have chosen who has written it directly to you. It can be all kinds of letters, from fluffy love letters to break-up letters to notes left on the table with breakfast before going to work… you choose!! So basically, you give me a few details about you, you choose a character, you tell me what kind of letter/note you would like, and I'll turn it all in a message from your favourite character to you.

 How do we request a letter/note?

In order to request, please, send me the following information in an ask through my askbox !!! I will be answering the asks with the letters/notes, so it's important that you don't send your requests through pms. If you don't ask your request by sending me an ask in my askbox, I will not write your request. You can split your request into two asks or more if it's too long for only one message, that is not a problem at all. You must indicate in your request :

 -        Your name, or nickname… anyway, something I can call you by.

-        A few details about you! A few things that you like, dislike, you can add physical details, traits of your personality… anything you want. It'll help me make the letter more personal, so don't hesitate to ramble.

-        Choose your character! I will write for the character of your choice, so… you have to choose one. And only one. If you pick up two of them because you can't choose, your request will not be written in priority, and if I do write it, I'll choose for you.

-        Tell me if you want a letter or a note. I can write either a classic letter, but I can also write a little message that would have been left for you (I will also indicate then where and Under which circumstances it was left for your to find). You have to choose which format you would prefer. Notes, I reckon, are more for fluffy and warm little messages left before you are awake in the morning of something like that. Who says letter says distance or break-up, but it can be equally fluffy as a note, trust me… your choice. Your imagination is the limit here, really. If you don't tell me, then I will choose for you and it'll be a surprise.

-        What will this letter/note be about? Basically, do you want a love letter, some angst, a break-up, a farewell, something cute? You decide. If you don't, I'll choose for you and you'll have a surprise. You can be as precise or vague as you wish, if you want me to write a very precise situation, go ahead, I'll do it. If you just know that you want a cute letter but you don't know any more details, then tell me just that, and I'll take care of the rest.

-        Pronouns. It can help me to know, but if you don't want to tell me, I'll manage anyway.

-        A little word for me… tell me what's your favourite story of mine is, how you found my blog, what you like best, if you're happy with my blog in general… just tell me something about my blog, cause it's its birthday!!

 If we sum up, I will not write your request if you don't send me (through my askbox only) these elements : name or nickname, details about you, a character, a little something about me/my blog.

You can choose more details by indicating these elements : letter or note, what is it about, pronouns. Without these information, I will write your request, and you will have a surprise for what your gift is about! (I will write gender-neutral if you don't give me a pronoun).

 A few rules and information…

You can request only one letter/note and only one.

If you're shy, I do accept anons, so don't worry about that! You will have to give me a name/nickname to work with even on anon though, but then… I don't know your url anyway so…

Any request sent through pms or comments on this post will be dismissed, as I've mentioned, because I will answer your ask with your letter/note.

You can request for any character on my masterlist for whom the requests are open (doesn't matter if I've written for them or not nor for how long they have been on there)… which means everyone but Billy Russo and Regulus Black, I reckon… Also, I do write for some ships (Jily, Blackinnon, Ineffable Husbands). If you want, I can write a letter for these ships, instead of for you. Then, tell me who is writing to whom instead of your name and personal information. The rest of the event works the same in that case.

I will accept 15 to 20 requests for this event. Not more. The event is on as long as I haven't reached this amount of asks, basically. So… don't take too much time to send me your request, I will close the event as soon as I reach this count.

 If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask me (and this time, you can ask me through my askbox, pms or comments on this post, it's obviously okay). I hope you enjoy this event!

Can you sit down for a minute, it’s not anything bad, I promise! I just want to say something, somethings. I started to write you a note, a letter, but I just couldn’t put what I wanted, needed to say into written word.

I just need you to know how I feel, about us. You. After my surgery, after Izzie, I never imagined my life would turn out like this. I survived, but didn’t feel like much of a survivor. I had my heart, my life. But lost what I thought was my love.

And then I ran into you, literally. And my life went topsy-turvy and crazy nuts, and just fucking amazing. Who would have thought that having hot coffee spilled on my crotch would turn into the happiest day of my life?

My sweet Ash, I don’t know where I’d be now without you, honestly. You are more than my love. You’re my best friend, my confidant, my partner in crime, my soulmate. I only dream that you feel the same way.

So, that’s why I stopped on my way home, made a little purchase. I hope you like it, I hope it fits. Is it an okay shape, color, style? Aww shit sweetheart, I know nothing about rings, I just thought it was almost as gorgeous as you. You can return it, pick something out more to your liking. But do you think I might be able to at least try it on your finger, I mean that is if you say yes?

I just need your name and a description of what the letter should be about and who it's from. It can be anon or not! This is supposed to be fun, so do something that you will enjoy! Any free time during the week I will work on them, but I plan to write the majority of them this weekend!!
