Say it with me: recovery takes time and I am worth that time.
Life is like an ocean. Sometimes you are wading in the shallow end, enjoying the fish that swim by. Other times you are floating just barely above the surface, you can still breathe but it’s been really rough hasn’t it? And then there are those times where you are completely engulfed; you can’t see and you can’t hear, it’s quite terrifying to know that you’re drowning in complete silence. But one day you will awash onto the shore and you’ll be able to hear the birds in the sky, smell the salty water, and see sunshine again. You just gotta keep swimming.
Where you are today does not define where you will be tomorrow.
You are real. All of your feelings are real. Nothing can change that.
You should not have to tear yourself down to be successful.
It’s summer time! Remember that you do need water and you do need to be hydrated. You wouldn’t believe how many problems could be solved with drinking a little water!

admin Lauryn: hi! I’m 18 years old (turning 19 in July) and I’m graduating high school this year and heading into college this upcoming fall. I’m an art major and I have a minor in creative writing. I want to have a career in illustration and writing. I have a lovely boyfriend I recently got together with and before that, we had been friends for over a year. Also, Lyndsey (the other admin) is my twin sister :) my main blog is donotbealrmed and I also have about three other side blogs!

I love reading and writing stuff although I can never finish it lol, I’m learning German and I love to exercise and run.
