Hello everyone! 

In the name of hollywoodsecretshq admin team, I wanted to apologize for the lack of activity overall, but real life got serious, and I wasn’t able to keep up with everything, unfortunately. 

That said, I’m back now, and I am not going to give up on this group. 

During this next week I’ll get back on working on the main, updating everything, get to promoting, and cook up some new things for us to have fun with, such as memes, events, tasks maybe?! Props... If you have any ideas on anything, I would love to hear it, you should definitely thrown them in our askbox! 

To our players: If you’re still around and interested on keep writing with us, please like this post, and get back on being active throughout this week if you haven’t been so, so that I know who is in and who is not. 

By Saturday, July 24th, I’ll make an activity check and the players who haven’t reached out in any way, will have their roles re-opened, with a chance to reapply in the future, of course. 

I love you all, and I can’t wait to get back on the dash to write with you.

so i was looking at your underground event and the voting and most of the winners are your admins? kinda makes me not want to join your rp. it feels like the staff rigged it somehow.

I can't say much besides that it's not the case, at all. The polls were meant to be a fun way to get the players to interact more directly with the awards. We developed a endless list of categories in order to make sure that every character would have their moment and to every player to feel included. (the winners list still to be released, it was supposed to be up sooner, but I had some personal issues and I wasn't able to be online this last few days)

So, I ask of all our players, if the polls and the results we are getting leave you in any way uncomfortable, message the main, and with no questions asked (or judgement) I will just scratch the poll categories off the winners list.

What matters the most for me is for everyone to feel welcome and have fun writing in this group.

People are bubble roleplaying again and leaving people out.

Alright, this once I took this one personally, because I haven’t been on the top of my game with all my characters, and I clearly had more muse on Harry, and was prioritizing a certain thread, due to plot reasons tbh.

As for the overall dash, I just think this has been a slow week or couple of weeks if you will to be honest, with several players with some issues they shared with everyone on the ooc blog and stuff. I am seeing people trying to reply to everything though...

We both can’t stress enough for the players to plot with each other, and try to be inclusive of everyone’s characters.

And I will say yet again, if you are having a specific problem, with a specific situation and/or player, come off anon and let us know so we can try and figure it out.

Tonight was quite a productive night. I’m really happy with myself since I was able to get half the graphics done, tomorrow I will be putting them up and work on finish the ones still missing. Tomorrow will also be the day we will decide on an opening date! So expect some news! It’s 1am in Portugal, and it was a crazy week at the office so I’m gonna have to call it for tonight, but I would love to wake up to some questions, or even better some apps!!

We had a few setbacks, but now we’re working on the few things that are still missing, such as canon charas page and the main quileute families
