Yes! Those are what out semi-canon characters are.

I’ll have to double check with Gio when she gets back from school, just to be sure, but I think he can work for a seventh year.

Would Karla Souza work for Kira Vanity, since she's half-Mexican?
Yes! She can definitely work and I know Admin Gio (as would I, honestly) would love her face on the dash.
