Toshiro Hitsugaya

He’s secretly insecure because of his height, but he doesn’t let that bother him too much. He hates being called a kid/a child and is especially peeved if he is treated like one, even if it was a harmless prank. Whenever he’s beside his taller s/o he is slightly envious and saddened by the fact that he’ll never be able to hold his partner in the same way as normal couples do (where the taller boyfriend is a protective frame for his shorter girlfriend). His s/o is the only one knows of his insecurity and constantly reassures him that his height has no impact on their relationship.

His ideal date consist of a quiet evening with his s/o. He’s not the one for going out too often, although when he does, he would prefer locations that are less loud and less crowded so an amusement park is out of the question unless he reluctantly agrees if his s/o continuously begs him to go to Disneyland because who doesn’t love Disneyland. So he would very much like to stay in and have home made dinner, a one-on-one conversation with his partner. Although a perfect date would be setting up a winter wonderland just for the two of them and ice-skating within their little white paradise so no throwing snowballs at Toshiro or he’ll get angry.

Toshiro isn’t one to demonstrate his feelings for his partner through sex - he becomes stiff when he is touched intimately, taking time for him to relax after such contact. He’s constantly aware of his s/o’s wellbeing. In fear of losing them like Hisana, he makes sure that their health conditions are stable and that they are being well-nourished. If his s/o sneezes or shivers, he’ll wrap a scarf around their neck. A single cough and they’ll be whisked off to the 4th division for a check up. Byakuya may act like a mother-hen in this situation, but it reassures him that while he is gone, his s/o is in a stable state of physical health.

Byakuya is the type of person to take a steady pace during his lovemaking times with his partner. He doesn’t want to go too slow since it will make his s/o impatient and he doesn’t want to rush for it will remove the private and personal aspect of the experience, however this entirely depends on his mood and his movements. If he builds up on the foreplay, it would be fast and rough - animalistic almost which is unusual and out of character for him. His s/o will be surprised, but they don’t mind the sudden 360 turn though if they question Byakuya, they’ll only be meet by a sharp violet gaze warning them to be silent or there will be consequences. It is up to his partner if they obey him or not ;)

He’ll worship his lover’s body like no tomorrow. As previously mentioned in the SFW section, he wants to shower his s/o with his love. Conversing with his partner while feeding the carp in the lake of his garden at the Ugendo quarters, he cherishes the time with them knowing that his time is running short because of his condition. He wants to make sure that his s/o knows that he deeply cares for them and his s/o wants to ensure that Jushiro has a few happy memories with them before he peacefully passes away.

He usually tags along with his s/o when they decide to visit the Rukongai - both as his duty as a Captain to maintain law and order in the rural areas and as a protective measure for his s/o. His partner’s kindness towards the members of the Rukongai is admirable. He watches them help out elderly individuals, cook food for them and volunteer in miscellaneous activities, but he especially loves watching his lover play with the Rukongai children. They have already shown their parenting skills when they interact with his zanpakuto spirits and he  would want kids someday with his s/o for he believes that they’ll be a prominent parental figure.

Due to his frail body and illness, his s/o is usually the one in charge in the bedroom. Jushiro doesn’t mind being on the bottom, knowing that his own body has limits and he finds it appealing to see his partner take charge. His s/o will go gentle on him unless he wants to go a bit rougher and harder, using his shoulders to stable their movements as they take in everything of Jushiro. Both crave for physical contact so his lover may cup Jushiro’s face and bring him closer to them, pressing their forehead to his as they climax together in sync. shinji and kensei relationship headcanons please?

Shinji Hirako

Shinji is like a cat - he wants attention when he wants it. If his s/o wants some affection from him, he’ll make up an excuse - saying that he’s too busy or later when they go to bed. However whenever his s/o is occupied, he starts to starve for some love for himself. His particular favourite act to gain attention is to remove whatever is in his s/o’s lap and plop his head onto it instead. They’ll tell him to budge off, but then he’ll just complain and start making his faces. His s/o will eventually give into his childish antics, stroking and playing with his hair, which he likes and make purring noises.

Shinji likes getting his hair brushed by his s/o. As previously mentioned, he likes any attention on him if it’s his s/o that gives it to him. Whether it is with their fingers or an actual hairbrush, he enjoys his partner’s gentle care on his hair and the way the brush lightly scratches his scalp. If anything, he hates if his s/o mentions that he has a lot of split ends. When he had longer hair back when he was a Captain, he would allow his s/o to try out new braiding hairstyles though this can only be done in his private chambers.

If he’s in a really happy mood, he’ll play his jazz music out loud and drag his s/o to dance with him. Though the couple may not be the best of dancers, it’s the fun in it that counts. He’ll grab his s/o’s hand and spin them to the beat, bring them close to him to do a mini waltz and then dip them, pressing a teasing kiss to their nose. This is once again is to be done in his private chambers or whenever he and his partner have a moment to spare or else he’ll never hear the end of it if someone was watching him dance, especially if it was Hiyori.  

He looks like the type to have a sweet tooth so he’s always begging his s/o to cook him cakes and bakery treats. At this point they’ll just start giving him cooking classes so then he can make them himself in order to save their own time and their money if they couldn’t be bothered to cook (so they just buy the treats). Cooking with Shinji will be a mess - he won’t know the difference between flour and self-raising flour, clumsily end up get yolk into the bowl during the separation of the whites, adding incorrect measurements, creating a lumpy mixture meant for smooth cake batter….he’ll most likely burn the kitchen. Regardless of his faults, his s/o attempts to make him cook a decent dish…though he’ll always prefer his partner’s cooking over any store bought food or his own crappy treats.

Kensei Muguruma

A relationship with Kensei has its up and downs. There will be times where his s/o does get hurt whenever he makes such brash comments or if they get into a heated argument, but Kensei does not mean in anyway to make his s/o feel unloved - he generally does care. It’s his aggressive offset that makes him look more…cold and unapproachable, usually leading to misunderstandings. His s/o however is quite faithful to Kensei and loves him regardless of his harsh nature.

The other Visoreds comment that his relationship with his s/o closely resembles Disney’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’. He objects to that idea, but it is somewhat true. Kensei’s temper is almost identical to the Beast and has similar mood swings when it comes to the other personels of his comrades. His s/o on the other hand is a kind-natured person who tries to help others in their best interests. Together they are polar opposites, but a match made in heaven - they both complement each other’s personalities (like Ying and Yang) and unconditionally love each other for their flaws.   

Aside from Love Aikawa and Lisa Yadomaru whenever Kensei is angry, his s/o is the only one that can effectively calm him down. They understands that Kensei does not take jokes lightly or has unexpected blowouts, but gives him logical reasons to why he shouldn’t be angry. He’ll yell at them to stop treating him like a child, but he’s grateful to have his s/o to be some kind of conscience for him. If there are times that he is about to explode, his s/o will hold his hand and squeeze it gently. He’ll pause and then squeeze back, meaning that his anger is all gone.

His s/o loves to draw on his chest. They like to trace the outline of his defined abs yumyum and his tattoo (and no, they don’t joke about the 69 position). He doesn’t admit it, but Kensei can be quite ticklish. He won’t tell anyone about this, not even to his s/o. He lets his s/o draw on his chest when they’re upset or bored or after a good fuck, finding it soothing. Sometimes his s/o will write things on his chest and he’ll hide a blush if they wrote ‘I love you’.

Toshiro Hitsugaya's ideal kind of girl? :3

[ Combining these asks due to similarity in requests.] Ohhh this is hard. I’ll try my best to describe his ideal type of woman. Ice Ice babyyyyyy - Admin Byakzen.

Toshiro Hitsugaya

Kindness - This would sound pretty obvious, but a kind s/o would make Toshiro be at ease/content and feel respected. Similar to Momo’s personality, his partner would treat him as an equal rather than tease him for his height and child-like appearance unlike the rest of his peers. Toshiro would be appreciative that his s/o recognises him more as a respectable figurehead and a person to look up to. He would be specially touched if her kindness was of pure innocence, making him obliged to protect them from the evil elements of the world.

Regardless of his want to protect his s/o, he wouldn’t want them to be too weak. They need to be capable of defending themselves in battle when against a strong opponent. He would admire their strong-willed abilities and strength to fight back instead of cowering in a corner to leave the mess to someone else to do. It’s their independence to manage the brawl on their own that ensures Toshiro that they will be alright to take care of their own safety - it is only when they begin to really struggle (eg. slow movements due to severe wounds), he would step in.   

Understanding - A partner oblivious to Toshiro’s subtle hints, his commitment to his role as a captain and harsh personality would not be compatible. He would want his s/o to know what he dislikes and deems annoying thus if they cross the line, he’ll be upset . He would prefer is they weren’t too clingy as well - he needs his own personal space as well. So it would be recommended if he isn’t in a happy mood to bother him too much: ask once, he’ll say a one line response; ask twice, he’ll get annoyed. He’ll will eventually tell them what’s on his mind when he is ready. All it takes it in the end is trust.

Speaking of trust, this is a crucial element to have a stable relationship with Toshiro. After Aizen’s departure from the Soul Society to Hueco Mundo, he would most likely begin to suspect if Aizen had left a spy within the Seireitei. A trustworthy s/o to confine with would allow Toshiro to speak aloud of his thoughts without having to be cautious of whom he’s talking to. He would be angered and hurt if he were to discover that his trust in his s/o was abused  as of means to sabotage their relationship and as an advantaged to manipulate him.

Mature - Toshiro can tolerate if his s/o was childish at times, however he would want them to be serious at least 98% throughout their relationship. His own serious personality must be matched with an individual who is solemnly dedicated to protecting the lives of others and their work. He’s going to need help having to split up the childish antics that occur in the Seireitei and will most likely be thankful that there is someone else who thinks alike to him. Toshiro also would believe that they would be a better moral conscience for the immature lieutenants and individuals, influencing them to understand how harsh reality really is and what they must learn from it.

That being said, I think that Toshiro would think that his ideal type of girl would be a good mentor/teacher to all. Based on their kind nature, he’d perceive that her tendencies to supervise over others would cause them to teach her peers right from wrong and the etiquettes of discipline. At times, Toshiro may think to himself how they would make a great motherly figure to children and possibly, a wife that would help him to raise their children with manners.   

Witty - He wouldn’t want a boring partner so an individual with incredibly clever wit with a small hint of dry humour could crack a small smile on Toshiro’s face. It would be useful during times when something ridiculous is happening eg. hearing the unnecessary battle cries from the 11th Division, she would make a slightly snide comment about it. Her wit could be considered her second weapon if it weren’t for her zanpakuto - her tongue is so sharp she could cut anyone with it she’ll read a bitch to filth. As long as she doesn’t smart mouth on him, Toshiro would find his partner’s wit entertaining only at the right times.

Toshiro doesn’t like a fake. Following from the other points specifically highlighting the element of trust, he would prefer if his ideal type of girl was an overall honest, well-mannered and loyal person. An individual who puts on another persona implies to Toshiro that they’re hiding something or unwilling to cooperate with him thus he would only think of that person as an acquaintance more than of an ally.

Yasutora ‘Chad’ Sado

Chad will feel intensely passionate towards his crush. Like his loyalty towards his friends and Ichigo, he would be inclined to be loyal to his crush as well - protecting them from harm, keeping their promises, ensuring their safety etc. Being the first to ask the individual out on a date he tries to be subtle, but in the end, it may come out as a blunt ‘would you go out with me?’. He would want his crush to see that he isn’t some foreign humanoid, rather as someone who would be willing to protect them and cherish them for the rest of their lives.

He’s not the one for cheesy/cliche pickup lines or moments. He doesn’t mind them though so maybe he can deal with kisses in the rain (as long as his s/o doesn’t get sick) and tolerate couple items (not T-Shirts and outfits though. He’ll think it’s too tacky). He likes to do small things with his s/o, like holding their hand - their small fingers intertwined with his larger ones is almost wrong, yet so right. The softness of their hand in his calloused palm is like a light touch of tender love to his hardened exterior.

He’s a gentle lover. He puts his s/o’s needs and desires over his own. He prefer having eye contact with his partner during sexual intercourse as it creates an element of intimacy between him and his s/o. Approaching this individual will be comical though. Unlike Chad who despite his large appearance is a big teddy bear inside, Kensei scares anyone he looks at. His crush would perceive him to be far more intimidating up close and would most likely not want to upset him, in fear that it would just leave him angry…they might end up running off before Kensei could say something. When his crush stops becoming a shivering mess, they’ll eventually understand Kensei’s attraction to them and see him more as a scary guy after giving him a chance.

Kensei is unintentionally rough. He can’t help it though - he has a lot of anger in him. He tries not to go too overboard with his roughness when it comes to making love with his s/o, but he would really want his s/o to leave some scratches on his arms as he literally pounds into them, screaming his name into the dead of the night. As long as the scratches aren’t too deep, he has no intentions of hurting his s/o at all…unless they have a kink for it, he’ll have to work some things around it.

And they are a bit like Komamura personality wise but a lot less fanatically loyal like our favorite dog man. Just like dating, marriage and parenting hcs if thats not too much. If it is, then just regular is great

Nemu Kurotsuchi

Because of the abuse from her ‘father’, she might be hesitant to start a relationship with the new captain. Her shy nature will end up making her watch the new captain from afar, either by herself or alongside with Mayuri when he doesn’t notice. Nemu is most likely to be attracted to their open-minded personality as they tend to accept everyone, despite their flaws and differences without a single judgement. She hopes that they will accept her as she is when she has the courage to approach them herself…in this case, they would have to talk to Nemu first ^^; therefore they’re the dominant one in the relationship

Once acquainted, Nemu will feel more at ease to talk to them although she will withhold some personal things until they become more intimate with one another. Although her facial expressions rarely show it, she is overjoyed with the company of her s/o. She is more of a listener rather than the talker so she’s more than happy to listen to her s/o’s banter and comment when necessary. In return, Nemu’s s/o knows when she needs her personal space and does not pry information out of her - Nemu will tell them what she deems secretive until she is ready.

In private, Nemu’s partner is the only one capable of getting her to blush. Just the slight brushes of pink on her cheeks is enough of an achieved accomplishment that breaks off Nemu’s stoic gaze. Ways to make Nemu blush is by showering her in affection (within limits - Nemu may get uncomfortable with the attention), calling her ‘beautiful’ and pecking her on the lips however they all must be unexpected so it still has that element of surprise. She’ll smile in secret if their attempts end up failing anyway it’s funny come on

Nemu is fiercely protective of her partner whenever Mayuri is around - regardless of the fact that they are more stronger than Mayuri (5th division over 12th division) She may be loyal to her ‘father’ even though he treats her as a mere tool than his daughter, but she refuses to let him hurt her s/o. Nemu feels that her s/o is the only person that treats her as an equal and an individual with emotions unlike Mayuri. On the other hand Mayuri doesn’t really care what Nemu does as long as she doesn’t stop working for him…though he might slightly just see ‘be around the corner’ to ‘check up’ on Nemu.

Isane Kotetsu

A relationship with Isane means that the new captain has to get the approval of Isane’s younger sister, Kiyone. Isane would be quite worried that Kiyone won’t like her s/o however it is to her surprise that her s/o’s personality is able to adapt to the differences between the quiet Isane and the bubbly Kiyone thus can adopt similar traits to interact with the other. Whenever Isane watches Kiyone playing or having a competition with her lover, she’d imagine what life would be like if they had children together and how they would be as parents.

Because Isane is such an expert healer, she would give her s/o massages after they have been training and working so hard all day. She would arrange a room with her s/o’s favorite incense burner and dim down the lights in order for them to relax. Rather this being a mood starter for sexual intercourse these sessions will still maintain a sense of intimacy as Isane would want these massaging sessions to be focused on making her s/o unwind from their responsibilities of being a captain. She would ask them how their day has been, if there is anything they need to talk about etc. This would be her s/o’s secret therapeutic world.

Poor Isane is prone to frequent nightmares to the point where her s/o has to leave their own division to go to the 4th division to calm Isane down. Retsu trusts them so she would end up making sure that the 5th division is secure whilst they take care of Isane. If Isane can give their s/o massages, they in return will comfort her and talk Isane through her nightmares and overcome them. ‘If the nasty kamaboko is on your plate, I can always have it for you’. Whether the nightmare contains anything odd or something horrifying, Isane’s s/o will always be there to console her. Also they’ll probably be spooning her for the rest of the night to make sure Isane doesn’t have anymore nightmares.

She’s not the girly type, but Isane loves receiving a new pair of earrings from her s/o, knowing that they have taken time to choose the perfect pair that would suit her best. She wears them all at least once, her favorite ones being the pair she currently wears all the time (the red ones). Her hair is always relatively short not out of convenience when in battle, but so the earrings are more noticeable in the eyes of her partner. So it would be a sudden surprise when instead of another pair of earrings,  Isane’s s/o slips a ring onto her finger and asks her to marry them.
