let me tell you a secret. This fic belongs to a fest about suchen(Criticalcapture). More often than not, authors cross-post their work on their personal accounts too! So with a google search you can find that this fic is also posted here and it is unlocked.
but for the sake of teaching you how to read locked fics, here is small tutorial.
you need to join the criticalcapture community to read their content. You have to create a livejournal account (if you don’t have one already) and then follow this link to the community. You can easily find the community the fic belongs to by looking at the url. Like tumblr, in livejournal the name of the blog is visible there. So if you have this link http://criticalcapture.livejournal.com/17022.html all you have to do is remove the last digits and you’ll have your link like this!http://criticalcapture.livejournal.com

We don’t know if the acceptance is automatic or the mods have to approve it. If so you might have to wait for a few days until they see your request.
