Admin Application!
Come one, come all.
So, as you all know, with great power comes great responsibility...and Addi and I could use a little help carrying that weight, our backs are breaking! Running a directory takes a lot of time, and seeing as we both work full time it seems two of our lists have gone neglected. So to make things easier we thought we’d take on some help.
While Addi runs the Writers Masterlist and I run the Roleplay Masterlist and over see the basics of the directory, we could use some friends willing to take over the Artists Masterlist and the Content Creators Masterlist. Now, it’s not all fun and games, there’s some tough work ahead if you’re interested.
We have some requirements that you need to meet before we even consider you.
You need to have a decent understanding of coding! [Addi’s been a doll, she suggested the shiny new set up for the masterlists, but she can’t take on the brunt of the coding. It’s a lot of work!]
You need to be willing to devote some time to the page! [We all know people have lives and jobs, lord knows I clock about 50 hours a week on my own. But if you can’t get on at least once or twice a week to do some updating what’s the point of joining us?]
You need to be friendly! [That means no bias, leave behind your personal problems, here we’re professionals. This directory is meant to benefit the entirety of the FFXV/Kingsglaive Fandom.]
You need to be a team player! [Changes are discussed before being made at all times, no matter how minor. Keep in mind you’re joining a team, we’ve got to work together here.]
You need to have a discord! [Or be willing to get one, you’ll need one for the interview as well. Oh yeah, we’re going that far.]
And that’s it! Pretty simple requirements to meet I think. Now here’s the next step. You’ll need to fill out this application and submit it to us. It may take us a little time to get back to you, so don’t let the wait get you down. :)
Name: Whatever you’d prefer to be called. Blog URL: Please include any blogs you might want to be associated with this, whether it’s personal, an art blog, or a roleplay blog! I’ve got two of mine in the description so people can easily find me. Age: Don’t worry, it’s just a formality. We’d like to know the age of who we’re talking to. NSFW content will be connected to this blog and we’ll need to know you’re not a minor. Gender: This is purely so we get your pronouns right! Tell Us A Bit About Yourself: Pretty straight forward I think, just give us some info on who you are, what you like about the fandom, that sort of thing! Credentials: We’d prefer you show us links showing coding you’ve edited. Even if that means you just made some changes to a pre-existing theme, we just need to see differences so we can know you have an understanding of it. Question: Why do you want to join the team? << Please answer this question!

And last but not least! If you meet our requirements you will be added to a group chat on discord for an interview, we’ll send you a heads up first so you’re not caught off guard though. Why? Oh, well if we’re going to be working together we need to know each other, get along, all those fun things. Besides, we’ll have a few more questions for you before it’s official. It’ll be like an interview of sorts.
