My thoughts below the cut

Shen Yuan who SPECIFICALLY transmigrates as Sha Hualing is rare and changes the ship dynamics/plot, but it still is a ship between Shen Yuan and the other character(s). The different environment can change the ship, but that could be said for almost any fanfic unless transmigrating causes a distinct meld between the two personalities (Shen Yuan and Sha Hualing).

Classifying as Shen Yuan might make the ships ineligible for the tournament (Yue Qingyuan/Shen Yuan/Original Shen Qingqiu + Original Shen Qingqiu/Shen Yuan)

If they do get in as "Shen Yuan transmigrated as Sha Hualing," that may be harder to convey to first-time viewers (for lack of a better word) & give an unfair advantage as a ship involving Shen Yuan instead of being interpreted as a ship with Shen Yuan transmigrated as Sha Hualing
