Interested in joining our blog? We’re looking for members of the community to fill roles on the team.
↳ moderator - a general position that helps run the blog and all of its aspects, including but not limited to: coordinating events with community outreach, answering asks and organizing requested edits with the editors, managing the community discord, and communicating with the rest of the team, as well as potentially creating edits or other posts if resources allow. may be a more time-consuming position depending on how many moderators are on the team.
↳ editor - creates gifs, videos, images, headers, icons, etc. related to tom; position intended for those who already create edits, but open to all with any access to editing tools! generally expected to provide the blog with 2+ edits a week, but we are very flexible.
↳ paparazzi - keeps the community updated. finds and posts tom-related news and official images, such as instagram photos, news articles, and other information associated with tom (within reason). someone
↳ talent scout - helps involve and benefit the community! finds and reblogs edits, fics, and posts from blogs in the community to support blogs as well as helps the smaller blogs gain more recognition.
↳ community outreach - helps organize events and publicize the blog. a lesser time commitment than most of the other positions, but general availability for larger projects is preferred.
