ADOW Twilight Comparison

Like, I get it, vampires, the whole forbidden love thing, I understand why people make that connection.

However, when I see ADOW described as ‘Twilight for adults’ I can’t help but think that it should surely be more like ‘Harry Potter for Adults’, no? I mean Twilight for adults is Fifty Shades, right?

It’s way more Harry Potter, like one of the bad guys is literally Snape without the ‘redemption arc’. Peter Knox fancied Diana’s Mum and was pissed that she married someone he didn’t like/approve of. Only this time he either arranged their death or did it himself.

Diana’s aunts have a small, comfortable and very magical cottage. They feel like Weasley Type parents, they don’t need much, just each other and family. They take in people who need help, like Nathaniel and Sophie.

Anyone else think this?
