okay this ask is a month old but i've been saving it for when I think of something actually funny AND embarrassing and I got it
A few years ago, I was at a zoom meeting for this organization I'm part of and we were making a powerpoint for some event and someone suggested an idea and I went 'Good idea! Great job!' in a really cheerful teachery voice as if she was a second grader 😭 and there was silence and I immediately was like aldskfjas sorry I teach 2nd grade (this was during virtual learning)
