Audience 1: An Architectural Competition Jury
- A competition entry with over optimistic drawings and render cliches that often disregard reality, in order to be persuasive.
Audience 2: The architect and the competition jury (response by the public)
- A political stance by the public against the architect and the Jury members. A group of people who represent the voice of the public is claiming rights over the library; blaming the competition jury for selecting a faulty project. By using their rather 'non-technical' and comical cut and paste collage method, they are criticizing the project’s inadequacy.
The building is binary condition - from the angular outside to the sculptural inside, the open plaza outside and the cavernous inside.
