What a wild ride.

A few people asked me for the recipe to make this, so here goes:
-1-2 Cups cubed tofu/soy protein/veggie-meat (I used soy protein, which you can find at many Asian grocery stores)
-1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
-Half a small onion, chopped
-Handful of mushrooms, chopped
-Quarter a bell pepper, chopped
-Tomato-pineapple salsa (medium spicy)
-Olive oil
First I sauteed the garlic and onions in olive oil on medium-high heat. After a few minutes, I added the mushrooms and bell peppers before adding the soy protein shortly thereafter. I sauteed the whole lot until the soy protein started browning. Finally, I generously poured on some tomato-pineapple salsa, and let it sizzle and simmer for a few minutes.
And that's it! Enjoy!

*If you use dry soy protein, heat up some water in a pot and soak the soy for 10 minutes or so. Then drain the water and (being careful not to burn yourself) squeeze as much water out of the soy as possible.*
