I made some role reversals. It's kind of supposed to be a Reverseworld companion kind of thing? In the same set of universes. Except with PB as the hero. Prismo mentioned it very briefly in one of my fics set in that world. I don't know, I like it a lot so I've been meaning to post more about it for a while.

Bonnie the Human. She is a human who was raised by talking candy corn rats. She and her telekinetic sister Science go on adventures. She's brilliant intellectually, and very interested in science, but she's also kind of blunt, self-centred and manipulative. She's also not good at accepting experimental data that's different to what she expected, which hinders her effectiveness as a scientist. She gets a bit better at that by the time she's sixteen.

Once she made Young Mr Creampuff to be her boyfriend. It didn't end well. She's aware that she has alternate selves who are made out of gum, and for a while she thought she was destined to also be made out of gum, but now she's less sure.

Prince Finn is the prince of the Barbarian Kingdom and I probably should've drawn that crown jewel bigger. His kingdom is made up of Marauders and other fight-heavy groups. He was probably human at some point, but he's had a ton of cybernetic enhancements done since then.

Finn likes just about everyone, and he's consciously nice to everyone he knows. Except Simon, but that's because they've known each other for a very long time. He cares deeply about his kingdom, but he also cares deeply about the rest of Ooo. He's just a great guy who's doing his best to contain his anger problems.

Anyway here Simon is a magical focus who converts general magic into specific kinds of magic. Focuses are common -- Billy's gauntlet has a focus that converts magic into blast magic, the ice crown has a focus that turns magic into ice magic -- but it's rare for them to gain sentience, and ever rarer for them to become corporeal. Simon has been sentient for a thousand years, and corporeal for almost as long, but he doesn't like going into his past or nature.

He runs a magic-related consulting business, and keeps a blog about the history of Ooo and also penguins. He thinks penguins are great, but he's never seen a real one. There aren't any in the Ice Kingdom in this reality, and even if there were, he prefers not to go there.

Ice Queen. She is still a half-demon and a vampire, as well as being an ice wizard now. She's a bit obsessed with the idea of family, and keeps trying to construct one by kidnapping people. She has a particular fixation on Finn, probably because he's always nice to her. She still sings and plays bass guitar, and she claims she has a band, but it's always made of whoever she's currently kidnapped, so they're not very good.

She sometimes sings vent songs she's forgotten the meaning of, because she is Marceline, and Bonnie learns there's something sad in her backstory very early on. This leads her treat the Ice Queen more sympathetically, at least by her standards, which leads the Ice Queen to declare Bonnie and Science her best friends and blood sisters.
