You have anxiety AND you’re normal. However, seeing a doctor about the anxiety would make your normal existence more enjoyable.

i really would like to see a doctor but that would require talking to my parents and the doctor as well. sometimes that seems appealing, but at the same time, i don't like the doctor/therapist and i really don't know what to do
