Went up to Lake Arrowhead this past weekend,

it was snowing ...but everything was frozen over and hard so I didn't get to build a snow man or even make a snow angel

This seems like an excellent time to mention that I got engaged over the weekend. It very very unplanned (but expected in a that will happen in a dim that's-future-me's-ugly-crying-to-do sort of way).

So yay me!

Now on to plan my Age of Sail/(elegant pirate themed wedding) and mermaid themed bachelorette party.

Any suggestions are welcome!! (Because it helps me crystalize it instead of waiting until the last minute)
