Baked Zucchini 

We were planning our Sabbath dinner and wanted a good veggie we could have for leftovers for the rest of the weekend.

I wanted something green, to round out the colors that would be on the dinner plate (ha!) and AJ wanted something tasty.   This is how we each think.  Hehe.

Overnight Oats

A Little Change

This was a fun little cookie for a friend who asked for anything maple.  These bake up really fluffy and the flavor is subtle – not overwhelming at all.

While mixing, the only strange part was mixing the syrup with the butter.  The syrup didn’t bond with the butter easily and I was a little concerned that something wasn’t working.  But, once the dry ingredients…

Not photo’d, but super tasty were the new Otis Spunkmeyer treats…I had a little cupcake and it was delicious.

My only purchase of the day was a Fruity Pebble Cake Pop from Cake Mama’s, who have appeared (and won!) on two episodes of Cupcake Wars.
