Watch 4 WAYS TO GET INSPIRED here.
We always thrive best when we are motivated and inspired. We create, take action, we are productive and therefore, make the biggest progress.
At the end of the day we feel happy and satisfied and even stoked to get up the next day to continue working towards our goals.
Sometimes though, it happens that we feel deprived of motivation and inspiration which leaves us unproductive, lazy and unfulfilled.
Every time that happens to me, I feel this sense of restlessness and discontent and all I want is the next day to get back on top of the game.
Today I’ll share my 4 main ways to gain back my motivation and inspiration:
1.Spend time in your head.
Get clear on what you want and how to get there. If you have something to look forward to, it’s easier to take action and also, you’ll get excited about actually reaching your goal which provides extra fuel for your motivation! Every time I do visualise what I want, I get all these ideas popping up in my head and almost immediately I feel the urge to take action towards my desired.
find someone who embodies what you want and imitate
Whenever I’m lacking of inspiration, I love to sit down and consume content of people I look up to. Watching their videos, reading their books, catching up on their social media. There’s a reason why this particular person is your role model - find out why and apply it to your life.
3. Inspirational Books, Movies, Documentaries etc.
There’s so much content with the specific purpose to motivate and inspire you. Read a book about personal growth or watch videos and movies which nourish your creativity. Documentaries often turned out to be a game changer in my life and motivated me to change my way of thinking & living.

learn from the good things you already experienced by taking action
There are always up’s and down’s in terms of us being productive and creative. Whenever I am in a less inspiring phase, I recall the positive effects and emotions I experienced to a more active phase. I try to remember how good I felt and how exciting and fulfilling it was to be creating. This works really well when talking about healthy eating, working out or doing yoga etc, whatever physical activity you want to get into.
I hope that this was helpful and you’ve got something out of this, thanks on this point for all your love and support. In case you want to watch the video on this topic, you can find it here.
